AVP Graduate Development – Global Bank recruitment
Summary
Our client is a Global Investment Bank with a real focus on developing their office in Asia. As part of this initiative, a new position has come up within their graduate development team, which looks after the training and development of young talent in the business.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Global Markets business, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the graduate program, from offer acceptance stage to the 'graduation' from the program. This includes working with the business, vendors and ex-graduates to design the program, putting together the proposal, managing the budget and managing the execution of the program to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also be involved in various projects and initiatives such as retention / attrition studies, mentoring buddying.
Requirements
You should have at least 5 years of experience within Campus recruitment / Graduate Development / Talent Development / Learning Development. To be effective in this role, you should be a strong communicator, with proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across all levels.
