AVP, Human Resources Generalist recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team and perform overall human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation benefits, talent management, training development, etc.
- Work closely with different business managers and department heads to understand manpower planning and needs
- Provide strategic recruitment strategy and methods
- Managing the on-boarding process for new hires along with providing performance management program
- HR reporting and actively engage yourself in operation streamlining
- Understand and keep updated with the operation workflow in order to provide effective and efficient change management within the HR function
Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor degree majoring in Human Resource
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the banking and financial services industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Understand and be able to identify issues once identified
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of clients internally
- Strong experience in recruitment and CB required
- Ability to communicate effectively across cultures
- Able to handle pressure and tight timeline
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
