AVP – Loans Business Analyst recruitment

You will support the Senior Change lead on this strategic Loans programme within Operations. Key responsibilities for the role are to produce high quality documentation by drawing key and crucial information from SME’s and internal stakeholders across the business.

• ACBS knowledge

• Loans product knowledge

• Effective at communicating clearly via e-mails, telephone and in meetings.

• Good attention to detail – precise, especially in the creation of project documentation

• Highly analytical and methodological approach to problem solving

• Very well organised - able to manage multiple activities effectively

• Ability to effectively plan prioritise to set meet deadlines

• A “can do” attitude – willingness to accept challenges solve problems.

• Ability to identify, appropriately escalate issues and risks and consider solutions

• Must be able to work effectively either independently and as a team member

• Able to work the long hours when required to deliver a project on time

• Friendly and calm / relaxed attitude
