AVP – Performance Management and Reporting recruitment
Grab the opportunity to join this dynamic team in the Performance Management space! As a member on the team, you are required to support the management reporting needs of the Business CFO. You will be the key point of contact for the reporting process through variance analysis and flash / forecast / budget reporting. You will be responsible for the delivery of performance presentation to the Management team, as well as work on ad hoc requests coming in from the stakeholders.
You are a strong communicator with 6 – 8 years of experience and ideally a qualified accounting degree. You have the exposure to international stakeholder management in an investment banking environment, and look forward to the challenges of working on a global team. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and work well in a time sensitive environment. You are confident and articulate, and able to think out of the box for creative and valuable reporting for the Business.
