AVP, Sales Management, Retail/Consumer Bank in Hong Kong recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Assist the formulation of sales incentive to align with compensation objectives and performance targets.
- Conduct regular program audits and enhancements as well as administer payout logistics for the sales incentive scheme.
- Analyze channel distribution opportunities, costing and define channel proposition.
- Manage and maintain staff headcount database, ensure data integrity in different aspects in the related systems.
- Oversee ongoing automation and improvement of reporting in terms of speed and accuracy and provide actionable analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Statistics or related disciplines with at least 8 years experience in sales management with exposure of business analytics, planning, modeling and cost/benefit analysis relating to sales performance, PL analysis, etc.
- Proficient in Powerpoint, Word and Excel; knowledge in CRM and/or data warehouse/SQL/SAS reporting preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with internal and external customers of different levels.
- Good analytical skills and strategic thinking relating to sales and distribution.
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese.
