AVP Sales Officer
A leading UK Bank is looking to expand their Sales team with a strong AVP Sales Office. The individual will be expected to achieve income for the Group by originating leads, building and maintaining relationships with new clients in order to identify and sell innovative cash and clearing management solutions.
The ideal candidate with have;
- A strong background dealing with UK Corporate.
- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Corporate Banking or Business Development
- Experience of working towards business development targets and willingness to be assessed against achievements
- Willingness to undertake the training/study required in this role, i.e. Encouraged to undetake Cert ICM
- Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Payments and Cash Management is desirable but not essential
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e.Cert ICM is desirable but not essential
- Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Relationship Management within corporate or commerical banking is desirable but not essential
- Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Working knowledge of MS Office is desirable but not essential
- A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
- A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
- The ability to understand and interpret straightforward financial data
- Experience of personally complying with business processes, rules and regulations
- Used their business knowledge and understanding of customer needs to successfully manage and grow customer relationships
