FX Sales

*Please note this is a Deliverable FX role - requiring a background in Deliverable (non-margin/non speculative) FX Sales (hedging / payments) to companies / corporates / high net-worth individuals, and demonstration of an existing or past client network to support this*

Reporting to the Head of FX, the role will be responsible for the following:

- Ensuring that the current client-base is well managed in terms of sales and dealing.

- Leading from the front in terms of managing and developing your own client base to add to the Sales Desk revenue target.

- Responsibility for driving Sales Revenue towards meeting Sales Desk revenue targets.

- Responsibility for working with the Head of FX in recruiting additional FX Sales professionals to join the team.

- Managing an expanding Sales Team and ensuring that FX Salespersons meet their individual and team targets.

- Effecting distribution of new products to both the Sales Team and the wider client base, and working with the Head of FX in management of this process.

Essential Requirements for the role:

- Only individuals with experience in FX Sales, FX Dealing and related Relationship Management from Brokerages and Banks will be considered.  (Clients: Corporate, SME and High-Net Worth individuals).

- A solid practical understanding of Payments Processing, FX Dealing and in Sales Management.

 

Additional Information:

- Experience in FX Options Sales a plus.

- Team moves also a plus and will be favourably considered on excellent terms.
