What will the role involve?
You will be responsible for Support delivery of Debt Finance PL targets for 2012 and beyond; work with the analytics team to develop market and client insights; supports delivery of topical projects from time to time and support product and proposition development in debt finance. Support the development of product proposition and lending strategy Manage ad hoc and topical projects to help manage deliverables on the Debt Finance PL. You will work with the Debt Finance analytics team to derive insights and analyze performance trends to support Debt Finance objectives. You will provide analytical support and drive projects related to Treasury operations and Portfolio Management. You will work with marketing, internal communications team and media relations team to drive external positioning of Debt Finance with internal and external stakeholders. You will work with cross functional teams to drive customer and market insight. You will develop ongoing staff training material for debt finance.
What will you need?
You will have the ability to work with the analytics team to interpret data trends in the context of internal and external events:
- Good Excel skills
- Good banking knowledge across broad corporate banking product set
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Rigorous and able to form sound judgment
- Good market and customer awareness
- Able to manage complex relationships and work in a matrix environment
- Goal focused and highly motivated
