THE COMPANY:

Our client is an international Investment bank looking for an IT Auditor with knowledge of risk and controls infrastructure audits.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct risk based IT systems audits throughout the EMEA region supporting the Systems Audit Group to achieve IT related audit plan items.
Frequently act as Chief Auditor or Auditor-in-Charge of audit assignments. This will involve planning and controlling the audit in accordance with agreed timescales and to the required quality standards.
In some instances leading the IT systems audit component within integrated audits (business and systems).
Responsible for planning audit assignments, undertaking planned fieldwork, drafting audit reports containing identified control exceptions with appropriate recommendations for improvement and remedial action plans, for agreement with management.
Following-up on the status of remedial action plans and verifying the actions taken.
Providing IT systems audit advice to business auditors as necessary.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Internal audit experience within the financial services, and experience of leading audits
In depth knowledge of infrastructure audits. Applications audit experience would be beneficial.
Qualified with relevant professional qualification strongly preferred CISA/QICA
