This is a global investment bank with significant presence across Asia Pacific. Due to business expansion, it is now seeking a dynamic professional to join its regional middle office team, based in Singapore.
This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for providing 70% trade support (day to day desk trader support, including trade validation, trade life cycle management, reconciliation, flash PL analysis, and trade risk management and control) and 30% issues management and change projects. You face off with front office directly and also Operations stakeholders across mulit-asset class. You own delivery of tactical and strategic change within multi-asset class middle office function. You manage ad-hoc global and regional deliveries.
You are degree qualified with relevant middle office/trade support experience gained in major banks. You have strong product knowledge and understanding of the trade lifecycles, as well as good appreciation of new developments in the industry, in particular in Asia Pacific. You have strong problem solving skills, analytical skills, as well as ability to present ideas/solutions clearly and concisely. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
