AVP / VP – IT Audit (Investment Banking) recruitment
Our client is one of the world’s most reputable and prestigious Investment Banks in the world. They have offices located globally and have a strong presence in the Asia markets. They are committed to developing their Asia hubs and due to the strong growth in the Asian markets we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic AVP / VP IT Audit to join their skilled Audit team.
You will be based in the Hong Kong office but the ability to travel within Asia is essential. As a trusted advisor to the business you will be providing assurance to the Asian Technology team whilst executing audit engagements and be a pivotal member of the Global Audit team. You will be adopting and executing the audit risk based approach methodology and applying global best practice in line with the firm’s global frameworks.
Your core responsibilities will include planning and executing audits across different business silos, review internal control processes and finalize reports and findings, build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, make recommendations on findings to the business, perform special projects – regulatory reviews and administrative projects.
To assume this position you will possess a minimum of 5 years + Technology / IT Audit experience. Exposure to Investment Banking products, systems and processes is essential. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be highly analytical and ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. You must be able to work in a flexible working environment and willing to travel when necessary.
