A growing international life insurance organization with exciting expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region.

To be successful you will lead a substantial team to provide an accurate and insightful overview of all reporting activities including tax and accounting policy. You and your team will also perform investment assets monitoring, accounting and analysis. The co-ordination and delivery of business planning, budgeting and forecasting will also be a critical part of your scope. In addition to working closely with the business to produce and deliver key management accounts and financial information you will you play a lead role in a number of special projects that are part of the strategic finance plan.

To be considered you will be qualified with at least 10 years of relevant work experience. Critically you will need at least three years experience working within a life insurance company rather than just big four experience. Technically you will need to be strong within IFRS reporting within insurance and ideally have management reporting/investment reporting experience. You will be managing a team so proven management skills plus excellent communication skills are a key part of what you will need to offer to the role.
