AVP/VP - Merger Acquisition, Investment Banking Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial and quantitative analysis;
- Transaction support from origination to execution to close;
- Other MA and industry support as required with clients;
- Junior staff development; and
- Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.
Requirements:
- MBA holder, with relevant experience in MA or investment banking industry;
- Proficiency in the assessment of unstructured business problems;
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills (i.e. financial and data analysis);
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
