DRAM QRA Engineer
As a DRAM QRA (Quality Reliability Assurance) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for developing test programs for use in the various facets of the QRA processes. You will also analyze and resolve failures that are generated by these programs. You will be required to modify, write, and maintain code that runs on automated equipment to verify that the device-under-test (DUT) is functional to a given set of conditions. You may also participate in the design and checkout of the hardware that is used to interface between the tester and the DUT. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Participating in datasheet reviews and sign-offs. Analyzing failing devices in order to determine the electrical signature and potential cause of the ailing components. Characterizing various datasheet parameters to determine a part's margin to spec. Developing the necessary skills to use the analytical tools provided on the tester, as well as equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Developing a basic understanding of various failure modes and how different tests affect those failure modes. Providing feedback to the FA engineers and technicians for components that are considered to be reliability failures based on electrical analysis. Working with the appropriate Test and product engineers to implement the necessary corrective action in the back-end test flows for test coverage issues
