AVP/VP OTC Clearing Change PM, 100k
My client, a leading Investment Bank, are currently seeking strong Change Managers / Change focussed Project Managers to join their leading OTC Clearing Global Operations Change team which has been one of the bank’s key areas of strategic investment over recent years.
Those successful will for a highly visible team, facing off to senior business stakeholders working in an extremely client focussed model liasing with major CCPs and owning those relationships accordingly.
Role responsibilities
• Opportunity to own full end to end project deliveries across the OTC Clearing (and Rates/Credit Intermediation FXPB) products.
• Role will require the individual to work closely with user representatives to determine business requirements (both within and outside of Prime Operations).
Requirements
• Ability to work autonomously and ensure the delivery of key project initiatives
• Project Management and Analysis; Gathering and documenting requirements, running UAT, tracking, reporting and communicating progress and any issues to senior management.
• Front to back knowledge of the Rates, Credit and FX (and potentially other asset classes as OTC Clearing develops) flows across Operations (middle and back office)
• Confident and good communication skills. Given the large number and very varied stakeholders in the OTC Clearing program, the candidate must be confident in their communications and understanding of how to communicate to different audiences.
