Our client is a major bank with expanding businesses across Asia. There is now an exciting opportunity to join the quality assurance team for trade operations, based in Singapore.
You will develop and review end to end operational processes and risk control mitigates to support business operations needs. You develop Quality Assurance framework for trade operations and facilitate the testing or troubleshooting process where necessary. Consider impact, dependencies and risks of the various projects owned. Plan and deliver owned areas of tasks within agreed timeframe and budget.
Ensure policies are aligned to the Group Risk policies and guidelines and to initiate continuous improvement initiatives. Provide day-to-day business operations support for the business.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with at least 3- 8 relevant years in trade operations and involvement in handling trade project initiatives. You have demonstrable track record of business projects and change management. Highly energetic and delivery focused, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
