Overview:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager/Electronic Banking Specialist to join a leading International Bank.  Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Cash Management Corporates and Financial Institution clients regarding the bank’s in-house global electronic banking platform.  This role would be ideally suited to candidates with solid knowledge of transaction banking products and hands-on experience of Internet Technology and Electronic Banking platforms and solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the product delivery of a new global cash management application for Corporates and Financial institutions:

o   Working with Product Management and Information Technology partners to on-board a new Cash Management application.

o   Working with User Experience Team and IT partners to deliver the product with focus on client-centric User Experience design and to provide a consistent, improved and unified client experience.

o   Co-ordinating with regional Cash Online Project Management teams to ensure that the Cash Management application is meeting the needs of clients in the various regions.

• Market Manager for the Middle East region and selected countries in Europe.  Market Manager for the Cash Management Financial Institutions client segment:

o   Participating in deal teams where necessary, in order to support key sales initiatives and ensure good understanding of ever-changing client needs and expectations.

o   Responsible for client delivery and migration to new Cash online application.

o   Managing new product developments for the region.

o   Providing training and information to Sales, Implementations and Service and Support teams in the region.

o   Understanding the strategic and global business drivers for the bank’s in-house global electronic banking platform and ensuring that regional solutions fit in this global strategy, ensuring a cost efficient solution.

• Product Delivery and Innovation:

o   Responsible for developing and executing a strategy on product delivery of Cash online services.

• Analysing client and market requirements and preparing business requirement documents.

• Ensuring that platform enhancements meet customer expectations and staying ahead of market competition. 

• Participating in and driving discussions with Technology partners on solutions.

• Contributing actively to a continuous communication with product stakeholders, on the progress of new developments.

• Regularly reviewing core product metrics to monitor product performance.

You will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong training and presentation skills

• Previous experience in Internet Technology and Electronic Banking.

• Experience in developing and managing front-end solutions, with a focus on the user experience.

• Knowledge of front-end systems and client integration solutions.

• Knowledge of transaction banking products and services.

• Knowledge of emerging e-commerce trends (advantageous)

• Strong Project Management skills

• Degree qualification (or the relevant international equivalent) or equivalent professional experience.
