B2B Sales Associate

Our client, a leading IT solutions company based in East London (moving to Canary Wharf in 2 weeks), are looking to recruit an experienced B2B sales candidate to join their growing team. In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you are fluent in both English AND one of the following: Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu

This position is a temporary to permanent role, with no set time frame for the initial temporary period. If you hit the ground running and impress from day one, you are likely to be made permanent within days/the first week.

Our client specialise in IT/mobile app/software solutions and supply contractors to implement new processes and solutions to their clients. Due to their rapid popularity and success, they are now looking for a great candidate to join their current sales team of 6 in generating working relationships with new clients.

Your responsibility in this role will be to make 80+ daily outbound B2B calls to decision makers of companies (both warm and cold clients), pitching to them the quality of contractors registered with the company and trying to gain interviews/placements for the contractors. Essentially, this is the client side of a Recruitment role, selling in candidates to interested clients.

The basic salary for this role is £22,000 - £24,000 (based on experience), and the commission is uncapped. You will be paid commission based on your call time, interviews booked and placements made. A realistic first year OTE for this role is circa £30,000.

Any knowledge of the IT/mobile app industry is desireable, however the main requisites for the role are your B2B sales experience and the ability to converse fluently in both English and either Punjabi, Hindi or Urdu.
