BA Process Design and Mapping Specialist
My client, a large investment bank in the City is looking to recruit a business analyst to help optimise existing operational processes so that efficiencies can be realised from the reshaping of their operating structure.
Within this role, you will be responsible for running process design workshops with key business aligned SME's. You will also provide challenge to current ways of working and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Key Deliverables
Defining all support processes that require review as part of the programme
Chair process optimisation workshops
Articulate challenges and issues
The output of each workshop will require process mapping for each activity. In tern these process maps should demonstrate where there are to be hand off's between front line business and support functions.
Experience required
Strong business analyst with experience undertaking process optimisation activity (within financial services ideally)
Strong background in operating model change activities
Experience in creating current and future state process flows
Experience documenting process flows
Strong awareness of operational risk
Extensive MS Visio
LEAN / Six Sigma would be advantageous.
