Back Office Admin Position – English-German speaker whos admin recruitment
If you are an English-German speaker whos administrative strong, then a very interesting support role is now available in a international-known Private Equity firm.
Primary responsibilities are to organize the flow and maintenance of information and communications related to Riversides Origination team; master the Custom Database and have full knowledge and ownership of the system; provide general administrative support for the Origination team; and perform other support functions as needed. The job responsibilities may be changed or expanded at will, and are expected to expand in conjunction with experience and the firms needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
Maintaining, updating and mastering the database
Preparing Meetings report on weekly basis
Participating at those meetings and taking notes
Providing back up to other Team support with reports.
Updates and maintains marketing folders, industry sheets, and portfolio company lists.
Maintain track of external even attendance for all conferences, triad-fares, workshops etc
Required and desired skills:
Personality, energy; ability to interact with variety of people within the firm, intermediaries, others outside the firm.
English German, other languages are welcomed
Detail-oriented, able to work fast; capable of multi-tasking and prioritizes work well.
Self-starter / proactive
Skilled in all MS Office, especially in Excell and Powerpoint.
