Description
In order to find solutions for our customers, you analyze a variety of technical problems in the ADSL Residential and Professional as well as the Mobistar TV domain, forwarded by the front offices, service providers, as well as business and residential customers themselves. You involve 2nd and 3rd level teams internally and externally when needed, while keeping the accountability and follow up.
Besides the direct service provision to customers, you are a support to your front office colleagues and Field technicians. You answer their questions on line.
Your profile
You have at least 3 years of experience in a contact center position, and a good practical knowledge of first line activities, preferably in the Broadband and/or TV support environment. You are passionate about technological matters and have a strong affinity with Broadband related products services (xDSL VoIP).
You are a problem solver with strong analytical skills. Creativity, a commercial attitude and accountability are key in this role.
You are a real team player, who adapts easily to new/changing situations and remains stress resistant in every situation.
Fluency in Dutch, French and English, are required.
