Bancassurance Specialist Universal Life High Net worth clients recruitment

 The primary function of this role is to achieve the following:

To provide an expert support for Insurance product, to all the designated RMs and ensure product delivery through partnering in joint calls with RMs, enhancing RM effectiveness and demonstrating intellectual engagement with customers.

1. Prepares month beginning pipeline of potential clients after taking inputs from all the RM's

2. Discuss the customer profiles with respective RMs and help explore and advise on opportunities to sell the relevant Insurance products to them

3. Review calls outcomes with RMs and discuss alternate plans with the view to provide appropriate solution to the customer needs.

4. Make self-available for joint calls with RMs to enhance call effectiveness, provide learning opportunities, and to demonstrate intellectual engagement with customers to encash the business opportunities.

5. Collect, collate and share market information with product management team and suggest strategies for future.

6. Gather, understand and disseminate product related information (performance/updates) including product implications due to the changing economic factors, to the RMs and customers.

7. Take initiative to drive the products. For e.g. Running Monthly/Quarterly contests recognition programme for customers and RM's

8. Organize regular customer seminar and road shows to promote the product

9. Product Training and certifications of new RM’s

10.  Educate and update RMs on compliance and regulatory norms. Engage with Compliance to share rationale for any deviation requests. Satisfactory completion to all internal external Audits.

To be successful in the role, you must have had prior local insurance sales experience and must be exposed to HNW and UHNW customers. You MUST have Singapore market experience in the insurance industry.
