With an already exceptionally well established track record and reputation our client is looking to expand within the Operational Risk arena by making two hires at the manager / Senior Manager level.

The role will primarily be focussed on the delivery of projects to clients but they do want people who are able to spot opportunities in the market and move forward to a role that will have more of a business development function in the future.

Dealing directly with top level stakeholder in client firms they are looking for people who have a strong understanding of the enterprise risk frameworks and policies employed by major banks with ideas about how these can be improved.

There is plenty of opportunity for growth within the team and a path for the right person to move up through the ranks to Partner level in time.

There is a very strong basic salary on offer along with an impressive benefits package and bonus.

To be considered for the role you should have:
*Experience working within a financial services firm (bank, regulator or consultancy)
*Strong knowledge around operational risk frameworks with experience developing and or maintaining these on a large scale
*Strong communication skills - able to interact with senior level stakeholders, colleagues and separate client teams to gain buy-in and influence decisions
*Able to explain solid risk principles and policies and how these should operate in practice
*Retail, commercial and investment banking experience is ideal
*Well developed report writing and presentation skills
*Ability to lead teams and manage engagements
