Equity Derivatives Trade Support Associate (Temp to Perm)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with front office and operations to manage the entire post trade lifecycle process
- Investigate resolve trade discrepancies in a timely manner
- Compile KPI reports and management dashboard
- Respond to internal and external client enquiries in a professional manner
- Exercise professional judgement and escalate issues to front office and senior management for further investigation as necessary
- Contribute to regional process improvement projects, including sharing best practices and participating in new system UATs
- Communicate effectively with regional counterparts and offshore teams
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 4 years of investment banking trade support / middle office experience
- Previous Equity Derivatives experience a definite asset
- Strong risk control awareness
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful in a busy environment
- Team playing attitude with good communication skills
- Fluency in English Chinese
- Immediately available candidates preferred
