Banking Administrator

If you are a person who has experience ensuring that correct banking procedures are maintained through effective administration then this job is for you. The purpose of this job, which has arisen due to an internal promotion, is to provide dependable administration for a department within the company that oversees banking operations. This is a permanent job, paying between £16k and £19k (depending on experience) with a start date of August 2014. This job is based in Leicester (LE19).

Your duties will include: customer query resolution (by phone and email) and query escalation if necessary, maintaining key statistics, analysing data and reporting the findings to relevant parties; processing and raising CHAPS and refunds to customers; liaising with different departments to solve queries; updating documents and ad hoc administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience combined with solid Excel and reporting skills. Administration experience in a financial or banking setting is advantageous, but applicants who are comfortable with numbers are equally sought.
