Banking Branch Manager
My client are a forward thinking banking organisation with a focus on delivering an excellent mix of products and a first class level of service to their customers. An opportunity has arisen for a high performing, highly experienced Manager to run the flagship branch in Glasgow.
The main duties of the role is to ensure the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets through the driving of KPI's and the provision of first class staff training. You will be expected to actively promote my client's products and services to new and existing customers whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of service.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working as a Branch Manager within a Bank and be capable of demonstrating a successful track record in the achievement of sales targets and management capability.
