Roles Responsibilities

• Design the go-to-market strategy Account opening outsourcing services for both short-term (2 years) and mid long-term (3 – 5 years)

• Build Account opening portfolio to support growth of our client's business across Asia Pacific countries

• Understand customer requirements and the key market trends for the Account opening portfolio to tailor our service offering with strong value proposition to meet customers’ needs

• Create offerings deliverables based on Customer requirements and enhance existing offering in the region or in the Xerox group to ensure continual needs with market needs.

• Launch the Account opening offerings into the field sales and delivery organizations

• Support account sales activities for Account opening services by being the centre of competence

• Be the Subject Matter Expertise, provides advice support to deal pursuit team whenever required.

• Work closely with the delivery organization to ensure technology solution and delivery components is ready for deal pursuit

Prerequisites

• Experience of at least 5-7 years in end-to-end front-office and back office processes in financial services card products. Examples include credit card product development, marketing, sales, card account operations such as opening, maintenance, termination.

• At least 3 years experience in managing and delivering outsourced solutions and process services for with a track record of successful, performance indicator-based delivery.

• Regional responsibilities for the above-identified industries and process areas

• Excellent understanding of the B2C market, key customer drivers and key areas of opportunity for Account opening solutions

• Experience in Retail Banking industry and other financial services industry such as Insurance will be an added advantage

• Experience providing consulting or discussing with senior level executives (CEO, COO, Head of Operations, CFO, Line of Business Head)

• Senior level business consulting experience in process analysis and change management
