Looking for a know-how lawyer with a project finance skill set to work as part of the high achieving Banking Know-how team within a large global Law firm. This is a great opportunity.
Experience Required
-Qualified lawyer with experience in project finance. You will ideally have had exposure to the mining industry although this is not a prerequisite
-Project management experience and demonstrated creativity in problem solving
-Experience in designing and delivering successful, interesting and innovative training programmes, targeted to the audience
-Ability to work with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organisation
-Experience in drafting complex documents in plain language
-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Ability to work under pressure, both autonomously and as a team member
-Demonstrates a high level of initiative, problem solving, decision-making and, where required, tenacity

-Demonstrated ability to be flexible to work requirements when necessary
