£15K basic with £21K OTE + onsite gym + progression

 

Are you an ambitious, target driven sales advisor looking for a new role within an established financial company? 

 

My client are looking grow their existing team with skilled sales advisors.  Duties as a sales advisor will include:-

 

·         Outbound calls to customers – aiming for 250 on daily basis

·         Engaging customers to establish a need for the services on offer

·         Overcoming any objections

·         Creating a database of contacts

·         Qualifying customers suitability for company products

·         Diarising call-backs

·         Liaising with other colleagues and departments

·         Answering inbound calls during peak times

·         Ensuring all calls are dealt with in a professional manner

·         Working to targets and KPIs

 

In order to be considered for the role of sales advisor you must meet the following criteria:-

 

·         Have proven telephone based sales advisor experience in a B2B or B2C role, ideally within a banking or financial company

·         Be target driven and money motivated

·         Be able to develop rapport with customers and be engaging on calls

·         Be flexible to work some weekends and evenings on rota
