Bankruptcies: Junior Insolvency Administrator

The Insolvency team of this substantial, full-service firm are about to be opening up a job opportunity for a bankruptcies junior insolvency administrator. Reporting to a more senior administrator (also a bankruptcy specialist) you will be building on some existing experience within this sector, and your responsibilities will be commensurate with your experience, adding to them at the same time.
Example responsibilities could be:
- Dealing with all correspondence from the OR. courts, creditors/debtors, agents, solicitors and accountants etc
- Taking the debtors' interviews
- Attending Court
- Requisitioning cheques and making payments
- Helping open and close cases
- Maintaining records and reviewing cases
and you will gain more cradle-to-grave exposure as you get more experienced.

You'll be working with and learning from a team with several IPs and a competitive track record in formal corporate and personal insolvency.
