BAU Manager, Operational Change

Key purpose of this highly visible role will be to manage an operational team during a period of cultural and procedural change, ultimately ensuring improvement in both processes and team performance. Applicants will be inspirational team leaders with a genuine passion for staff development.  Significant experience of  managing performance  and motivating staff in a high volume process environment is essential, together with the ability to drive through change in a highly pressurised and deadline driven environment.   The role will suit a charismatic people manager with strong controls and quality assurance bias and a good understanding of the financial services arena.

 

The ability to build and develop excellent working relationships with colleagues across a complex organisation and to deal effectively with demanding external clients in a deadline driven environment.
