Amoria Bond is urgently looking for a talented and ambitious Quantitative Analyst for an established fund with global presence. The Quant Analyst will maintain existing architecture, pricing sheets and develop pricing tools making sure they are working seamlessly, and also update scanners for the trading framework looking for signals from them. Programming will be done in VBA, C#/C++ and Java so you will need experience in this. Any exposure to R coding would be an advantage however this is not essential.

Joining a hedge fund trading team with strong track record, the Quant role is primarily to assist in the success making trade processes and models more superior and improving tools. The Quant Analyst will have exposure to rates, swaps, options and cash bonds as well as some fx and fx options so ideally will come from a solid banking background with knowledge in pricing sheets, scanners and multiple interest rate curves.

The ideal Quantitative Analyst will have a Masters in Financial Engineering or Mathematics although a good degree with solid banking experience will be considered. They should be fully conversant in developing and maintaining pricing models, having built up curves and updating scanners for trading frameworks and also be proficient in coding VBA, C#/C++ and Java.

For the right candidate there is an opportunity to get involved in building black box trading however the priority is to get accurate and seamless models and know the technology behind asset price, FI and coding.
