BDM – Institutional Banking recruitment

Due to an internal promotion, and continual expansion, this dynamic and forward thinking Bank is now seeking a highly driven and sales focussed individual to fill the above position.

Being a key member within their Institutional business your key responsibilities will be driving and managing existing Relationships along with proactively growing the portfolio based on strategy and the ability to impress on clients the 'difference and benefits' over its competitors. Along with the delivery of high level analysis and advice, you will have full ownership of client evaluation, detailed assessments and updates, along with developing key internal stakeholder relationships and customer support.

With experience in a similar Institutional Sales environment and the relevant tertiary qualifications, you will have a broad understanding of credit analysis, cash flow and a diverse range of structured transactions; you will possess exemplary communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
