Head of Software Development (.NET, C#, Agile development) role with one of the largest business software services MNC in Singapore /Malaysia
Role Description: You will take responsibility in product development, technical product discussions and managing stakeholders on the status of development projects along with ensuring on-time delivery of technology solutions. You will be required to develop and manage department operating budgets as well.
This will be a demanding role in a new area of the business and for the right candidate it is an opportunity to progress your career and be an integral part of the continuing success of a leading multi-national brand.
You will be responsible to lead a team of 200+ people in regional development center. Also, be responsible for recruitment and resource allocation to meet business demands and scheduled commitments.
Requirements:
• Looking for min 15 years’ experience in product development while managing large teams of 150 + members.
• Excellent presentation and management skills
• Extensive experience in managing .NET, C# development teams with agile development methodology.
