Benchmarking Manager recruitment
The role is to serve as the main stakeholder for implementing and maintaining the benchmarking data management systems, managing vendor relations and developing key relationships internally and externally. You will act as a key conduit to both internal and external departments to implement solutions to support business growth and integration. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop strategic initiatives globally and have involvement in key investment decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and build the Benchmarking Data team and its deliverables
- Build and manage relationships with all Data providers
- Lead process improvement initiatives and survey the business for weakness
- Working closely with IT and business users to improve business reporting functions
- Represent the Benchmarking data team on transformation projects
- Manage various internal stakeholders, such as Front Office, Performance, Risk, Compliance and Legal
- Provide training to others
Knowledge
- Track record in Data/Benchmarking/Performance
- Investment Management or Market Data background
- Understanding of Benchmarking and its principles
- University degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge and track record of previous supervisory position
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Benchmarking Calculation methodology
