Benefits Specialist EMEA and APAC
The CME London HR team are currently recruiting a Benefits Specialist for a minimum 6 month contract.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant and substantial experience within the international benefits space.
Responsibilities:
- Special projects during the contract assignment will include auto-enrolment for UK pension, renewals and employee communications.
- Day to day employee contact for benefit questions, leave of absence administration, work with plan vendors and consultants to administer plans and conduct renewals.
- Participate in new employee orientation.
- Administrative responsibilities may include processing invoices, running reports, reconciling enrolment forms, coordinating with payroll
Requirements
- CIPD qualified desired but not essential
- Strong exposure in international benefits administration for health, risk and retirement schemes, specifically EMEA and APAC are required.
- Some HR operations knowledge is also ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability work independently in an international matrix structure
