Equity Derivatives Index Options Team / London
Cavendish Bloom is working with a Large Global Inter Dealer Brokerage firm In London which offers a full range of financial services including Investment Banking, Brokerage, Prime Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate Financing. Cavendish Bloom’s client has an excellent reputation and their operation is constantly expanding with offices in Hong Kong, Switzerland, USA, France, Middle East, Asia Pacific and London. Over the past decade they have attracted some of the best financial profiles in the business and continue to be a strong competitor to the majority of Investment Banks.
At the present time, they are looking to add experienced Sales Traders/Brokers to their Equity Derivatives team in London focusing on European Index Options, Eurostoxx, FTSE, CAC, DAX. Ideal candidates would come from a brokerage firm or Investment Bank, focusing on European Equity Derivatives broking, but more importantly, our client is looking for a team of 3-5 individuals who are able to move together, seniorities are not crucial however all applicants must have experience working without research/product and be able to succeed by developing their own ideas. All applicants must have a strong book of accounts to bring with them focusing on UK and Pan European Institutional clientele.

To summarise, you will need to meet the following points to be considered for this position.
- You must be currently working in an Equity Derivatives Broking/Sales/Sales Trading team for either another brokerage firm or Investment Bank in London or across Europe but with the intention of moving to London.
- Have experience across the European Index Options space, Eurostoxx, FTSE, DAX, CAC.
- Have a strong transferable client base to bring with you focusing on UK/Pan Europe
- Have produced impressive levels of revenue/PnL for the past 2 years.
- Have experience working on a execution only platform.
- The team must be experienced between Associate ( as a minimum ) to Senior Associate/VP level in Equity Derivatives broking.
