Bid Manager

For our client we are currently looking for a Bid Manager for a project in Bern, Switzerland.

As a Bid Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Analysis of RFP technical requirements and commercial aspects for proposal optimization

- Valuation of technical feasibility, competition and risk assessment in cooperation with the Key Account Manager

- Leading and coordinating the bid team for solution design and cost calculation based on customer requirements

- Definition of work packages and tasks assignment to internal and external bid resources

- Bid planning (task planning and deadline monitoring)

- Costing assessment and price calculation

- Supporting the Key Account Manager regarding proposal production and approval reviews

Your Profile

- You are holding a diploma in Technical Engineering with further education in Business Administration or Diploma in Business administration with experience within a technical environment.

- You are a customer oriented person with good communication and presentation skills and are used to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

- Your strengths include business-fluent communication in English.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3-6 months contract, with option to go permanent (CTH)

Location: Bern, Switzerland

Rate: Negotiable
