Description:
Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities. Should provide identification/fixing for the problems within existing systems design/implementation of new systems, enhances the existing systems and participates in analysis, design and new construction of next generation IT systems
Performs formal system testing activities for a particular project or subset of a larger project under supervision of more experienced test personnel. Performs analysis of documented user requirements and directs or assists in the design of test plans in support of user requirements for moderately complex to complex software or IT systems.
Perform Rational Tool Configuration
Develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
Support Develop Developmental Test Plan
Conduct System Requirements Review (SRR)
Develop an Interface Control Document (ICD)) to delineate the interface requirements, the data structure, and performance requirements that will efficiently and effectively transmit the applicant data.
Update Developmental Test Plan (DTP)
Conduct Preliminary Design Review (PDR)
Update Data Architecture Document
Update Logical Design Document
Test Plan Development
Develop Initial SELC Tailoring Plan
Develop Initial System Engineering Management Plan
Develop and Implement System Operational Enhancements (User Acceptance Testing)
Oversight for Performance Metrics. Maintain configuration documentation and ensure change processes are completed.
Manage the inventory of, track, and report the status of all Legacy System hardware and peripheral warranties, hardware and peripheral maintenance contracts, and software license expiration and renewal dates to insure uninterrupted operational capability.
Develop Conceptual/ Preliminary System Design based upon the System Requirements and Functional Architecture, Develop Data Architecture Document.

Qualifications:
Masters with min 3 years equivalent experience or Bachelors with min 5 years equivalent experience.
