DIRECT HIRE - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Consultant

Hourly rate + hourly incentives!!

The Consultant will receive incoming phone calls and web forms from potential customers. If you're great at building rapport, identifying needs and answering questions, this could be your next great career move!

Essential functions:

Build rapport with customers in various states via phone and web

Recommend solutions to customer

Enter information while speaking to customers on the phone

Communicate effectively with center staff

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Perform follow-up procedures

Requirements:
MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)

MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK EVENING HOURS AND SATURDAYS

2+ years of sales experience and/or 2+ years of educational experience and/or 2+ years of call center experience

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills and the ability to build relationships

Proficient computer skills and the ability to type and talk simultaneousely

Ability to navigate internet based programs in a multi-tab environment

Detail-oriented

Ability to work evening hours and Saturdays

MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
