Job Description: Immediate openings for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Downtown Manhattan!! Qualified candidate must be fluent in verbal and written aspect of English and the respective language. Languages include Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese), Korean, Creole, and Russian. Candidates must also be flexible with work schedule. Ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years customer service experience, ideally in a call center, and be able to type at least 45 wpm.
