Fraud Analyst's essential duties and responsibilities: Monitoring our automated fraud screening application Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolves complex issues with little or no supervision or direction Conducting additional research to validate purchases Conducting follow-up research on fraudulent transactions Works with peers and leadership by communicating fraud trends and sharing ideas and information Experience and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous e-commerce fraud prevention or investigation experience Strong customer service skills Successful completion background check Requires shift-work, including weekends, non-business hours and holidays Abide strictly by the company data protection policies College degree (criminal justice a plus but not required) or appropriate work experience Aggressive, persistent and inquisitive personality Strong internet research, Microsoft Office, and overall PC skills Candidate must be 100% fluent in Spanish
