Bilingual (French / English) Customer Service Representative
The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for our client in the Healthcare industry who is seeking a Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative. The position pays $19.00 - $20.00 per hour and is located North of Toronto. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accurately process all customer orders and work with the internal departments to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external business partners and customers.
- Process and validate orders via phone, fax and online.
- Follow up with customers to verify information is accurate and current.
- Ensure payment methods are correctly processed and documented.
- Follow up with customers to identify their needs, concerns and questions on the products and services.
- Work cross functionally with Operations, Accounting and Marketing team.
- Remain up-to-date on featured products and benefits available to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience.
University or College designation (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
Empathy and compassion towards customers
Bilingual French and English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of SAP, R/3, CRM and Microsoft Office would be an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
SALARY:
$19.00 $20.00 / hour
