Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for our client who is seeking a Bilingual (French / English) Inside Sales Representative. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Job Description:
- Provide customer support to inbound telephone inquiries regarding product information and services.
- Apply soft selling techniques and product knowledge to develop rapport and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Minimal travel required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- 2 years in a Customer Service environment
- 2 years Sales experience; demonstrated record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Results-oriented, self motivated and driven
- Must have exceptional follow-through skills; attention to detail; active listening skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Compensation:
$45,000 annually
