Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist Job in Cedar Knolls 07927, New Jersey US
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions regarding blood banking services and persuading them to enroll in the program
- Meet and/or exceed established sales quotas
- Produce high quality work that meets established quality goals
- Provide prospects with the benefits in order to persuade them to enroll
- Assist clients with the completion of enrollment forms and reviewing submitted forms for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct follow-up with clients to set expectations, obtain additional information, and provide for an exceptional client experience
- Adhere to federal, state, company and accrediting agency guidelines and requirements for documentation
- Using internal database system to track every call, following up on leads, placing outgoing calls to potential clients who have called but have not yet enrolled
- Other duties will include various projects, such as, but not limited to, internet research and competitive analysis
- Team rotation for on-call responsibilities for client emergencies that may take place during holidays and off hours
- Hours: Must be able to work flexible hours between 8:00am to 8:00pm. Saturday: (required approximately once every 6 weeks). Occasional holiday required
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 1-2 years successful inside sales experience
- Exceptional client advocacy, time management, negotiation, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong PC/data entry skills
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish is required
