Fragomens’  New Jersey office is currently seeking a Billing Assistant to provide support to the Global Visa Services Division.

Essential Functions

·         Create and send client invoices according to set protocols

·         Improve the quality of the service through the process analysis and quality assurance methods

·         Perform data entry of transactions into the Firm proprietary system

·         Monitor payments and receipts as needed

·         Consultant fee schedule, monitoring alignment with client specific processes

·         Maintain outlined volume of billing

·         Other duties as assigned

            Requirements

·         2 plus years experience billing with a global law firm or international organization 

·         Proficient in EXCEL

·         Assist in the preparation of monthly, semi-monthly and ad-hoc billing reports

·         Invoice submission

·         Research, reconcile and review billing

·         Strong customer service skills and dedication to quality assurance

·         Demonstrated record of organizational abilities

·         Excellent attention to detail, strong written and oral communications skills

·         Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and collaborate efficiently as a team member

·         Strong demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
