Billing/Collections Specialist
We are currently seeking a technically Billing/Collections Specialist with excellent communication skills for a temporary role based in Southampton.
Reporting direct into the Revenues Manager you will be enthusiastic with a keen eye to detail. You must posses strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills and have the ability to work well in an environment with firm deadlines.
Duties will include:
·Monitor ageing report and contact customers regarding outstanding invoices
.Work with Cash Applications department regarding misapplied payments or unapplied payments
.Process billing, invoices and credit notes
.Maintain customer and contract details
.Manage collections follow up for 100 accounts per day
Great Plains experience is highly advantageous and all candidates must have Credit Control or Billings/Collections experience.
