Billings Administrator

My client a large shared service centre based in New Malden has an urgent need for a Billings Administrator to join their successful team on a temporary basis in early July potentially through until September. This role does have the potential to be made permanent; however, this is not guaranteed.

This is a newly created role as my client has acquired a piece of work from another team within the shared service centre.

The successful candidate will be someone with Billings Administration or Accounts Payable Administration experience. To be considered for this role you must have experience using V-Look ups and Pivot Tables in Excel and the use of Oracle would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have a hands on approach and be willing to get on with the job and get tasks completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating systems and dealing with large volumes of data. They will have experience making calls, chasing purchase orders and will be prepared to commit to a minimum of three months.
