My client is looking for a BizTalk Team Lead who has led up to 10 developers. My client is an enterprise large company throughout Australia and NZ. They are looking for a very technical person who has also had experience with Architecture.
Your Background:
You should be comfortable in either a hands-on capacity or in a role oriented around architecture, you are ready to step up from your current team lead role into a larger environment. You are able to motivate, mentor and up-skill your team whilst juggling multiple projects and allocating resource.
The Role:
This position will require the leadership of a talented 10 strong development team responsible for new and existing web-based applications. Day to day you will take ownership of this team's outputs and ensure effective process and delivery. In addition, you will undertake responsibility for staff performance / reviews and recruitment. As the technical go-to, you will need to maintain a hands-on approach and keep up to date with Microsoft technology stack.
