Bookkeeper / Finance Manager – Central London – Hays Accountancy Finance

A vacancy has arisen for a dedicated and committed Bookkeeper to take on a sole charge role for a leisure company in central London. The role is a varied one with accountability for all finance and bookkeeping responsibilities. Day to day tasks
The day to day tasks will include
* Maintenance of sales and purchase ledger
* Bank reconciliations
* Foreign currency reconciliations
* Month end, accruals prepayments and WIP management
* PL and balance sheet preparation
* Provide Payroll information to the provider
* Variance analysis and maintain stock records
* Calculate artist / photographer commission
* VAT and other ad-hoc duties

Skills required:
* Over 5 years experience in Bookkeeping
* Experience of A-Z accounts (QBE Accountant)
* Experience in the leisure industry would be desirable but not essential.
